Yoga Foundation Course (YFC)
A yoga program designed by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (sVYASA) Yoga University for people who are interested in the personal journey of yoga without having to take certification exams or teaching training. Many people may just want to improve the quality of their lives with yoga and this is a perfect course for them. This is perfect for beginners with no experience of yoga. This course does not allow you to teach classes outside but is good for your own personal practice.

Objectives
The objective of this course is to provide tools for understanding the basic of yoga practices, philosophy and principles for basic yogic life style. This also helps to bring the holistic vision of Yoga and spiritual lore as a way of life dominated by health & strength, peace and efficiency harmony and growth; to solve the problems of the modern society and to build ideal social orders.
