Suveena Guglani, M.Sc., C-IAYT

Suveena serves as a Program Coordinator and faculty for the Yoga Therapy Training Course at SVYASA Houston Center. In this role, she imparts teachings and guidance to students pursuing yoga therapy. Her journey into yoga began with the completion of her yoga instructor certification from SVYASA-USA, Houston Center in 2013, and since then, she has remained actively engaged with SVYASA-USA, contributing her time and expertise through various volunteer programs.
In her professional life, Suveena is a radiation physicist, actively involved in working with cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Driven by her passion for yoga and a commitment to Jnana Yoga, she completed her MSc in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA Bangalore in January 2019, earning the designation of a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). As an actively practicing yoga therapist, Suveena focuses on working with clients with various ailments, specializing predominantly in the field of Oncology. Her dual roles as a radiation physicist and a yoga therapist uniquely position her to contribute to the well-being of individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
